Reason for cancellation

When a delegate cancels a place we would like to ask them to select a reason. I would like the administration for the 'company' to manage the reason selection list. We might have to adjust refunds depending on cancellation reasons and report on volumes by reason as well as repeat offenders.

    This feature already exists and can be enabled upon request. Please contact the helpdesk and they will help you enable it on your test site so that can can try it out.
