Track bookings made directly through website or via admin

We implemented AP four months ago, amongst other things to ease the burden on our admin staff making bookings for open courses. We are unable to track whether this is the case and could do with a way of tracking the source of our bookings either a) directly through the website or b) through one of our admin staff.

    We currently track this information in the database logs. As part of the our next major release this information will be made accessible to usersĀ for reporting.

    This information will be accessible in the next major release. In the meantime contact our help desk or your CSM and they help you gather this info.

    The new system now has a bookings grid which displays the 'booking status' -this field shows whether a booking was online or offline. I hope this helps.
