We currently only have the Alias field to put all info required by a trainer. Would be handy if they could access the notes section on a course - they have the tick box option on the resource settings so assume they already could. It appears this is not the case currently only available to Training Administrators. Why is there a note filed we can tick for access in the trainer settings then? Which notes do these refer to?
We often have additional information to be shared for the trainer that doesn't need to be in the Alias field clogging up the calendar with lots of information.
