Sign in sheet completed electronically

Currently a signature is required as confirmation a candidate attended our course but this requires our trainers to print off a paper copy but then scan and email us the completed version. As part of our drive to move trainers to tablets, in order to reduce admin time and deliver 'paperless' courses, it would be a big step forward if the sign in sheet could be signed on the tablet by the candidate and then held against the course.

Great idea ! We'll monitor this one closely to see if its an idea other users support.

This would be of great benefit to us also as this is a suggestion we were going to post at our handover meeting.

Presumably it would be useful to be able to see the signature against the candidate record, perhaps with a date time stamp ? We discuss this one in our next product meet , are there any other requirements on this that you would like to throw into the mix ?

    Thanks,

    Dave

    Hi Dave

Correct, it would also be very useful to see against the candidates record and the date time stamp would be a nice additional for our audit trail purposes. Nothing extra from me yet...

    Many thanks

    Richard

    Hi Dave

This would be great for us, particularly if it could be combined with a reader for our delegates QR code.

    Regards

    Brian
