Allowing customers to update their special requirements & contact preferences via the Portal

When customers register they can specify special requirements (access, food, allergies) and can opt in or out of marketing but they can't then update these details themselves. Can this be made available via the portal?

    Will users with Customer Manager roles be able to edit their 'employees' in this way too?
