As a course provider, we find 95% of clients book a course and do not always have the delegate names when doing so. Therefore we do not have a definitive (if any) email to send joining instructions/notifications to. Historically we would send these communications to the booker (placeholder) to keep them updated etc. This worked well in Legacy and now has been withdrawn in the newer system. Please can this be reinstated for ease of use. At present we can not email placeholders even via Workflows.
