This functionality would make it easy to move between different areas of the system without having to search again. Some examples are below:
- A user goes into their tasks and can see that they have a task linked to an account/user/course date/opportunity. Should they wish to move into the corresponding area they will need to then go into that module and search again.
- A user is in an opportunity and needs to call the person or company linked so needs to look up the phone number. There is no way to get into the user or company record, so again you need to search separately for them.
- A user is in the invoices area and needs to find a contact to call – again, there is no way to get into the user or company record, so again you need to search separately for them.
