Course Completion Summary Grid

 In the new system when completing a course you then have to go into the individual users and edit changing to complete/non attended etc. This is long winded and in danger of their status being incorrect if you forget to do it. In the Legacy system when completing a course there would be a box would appear which showed all the delegates and we could then either complete them all or change the status, i.e., attend.

    Thanks Jill, we did have to sacrifice this from the new system however you can quickly update the candidate status of multiple candidates using the bulk edit feature on the candidates grid.

    To stop them forgetting, some of our clients also create automated tasks for a course date reminding them to update the course and candidate status.
