Improve visibility and clarity of message saying candidate is joining a waiting list

Some of our users have failed to notice the message that they are joining a waiting list during the booking process.  Could the message which currently reads "* represents a candidate that will be placed on a waiting list" be made more prominent - perhaps larger and in a different colour (such as red). This is vital information and users complain when they think they have booked a full place and then when they receive the email confirmation realise they are on a waiting list. Also could the wording be altered so that it is plainer (important for those for whom English is not a first language). Please could the wording be "this candidate will be placed on a waiting list".
