Delegates and bookers need to see the 'End time and date' of a course in the Shopping Basket process

In marketing individual workshops we use the 'Book now' link. This takes people straight from our advertising to the specific course in the Shopping Basket process, where the 'customer' needs to see a level of clear basic 'product' information to avoid any confusion before they commit to 'add to basket'. Duration of the course (ie. an end date/time, or something to indicate duration) needs to be included in this basic product information.

I agree that an end time/date is really imporant. Although candidates will see this information in the search portal (and/or in our marketting) it should be repeated through the booking procedure for ease of reference.

Thanks for the feedback Dorothy, please can you attach a screen shot showing the area you would like to add the end date.

    Many thanks,
    Dave

    Hello Dave

I attach three screenshots of the three stages in Shopping Basket where you have shown the start date and time. In these three instances below, we would like to see an end time shown as well.
Whether it’s two columns: Start date/time End date/time
Or one column: Date/time with a ‘–‘ or ‘to’ separating the start and end, we don’t mind.

I’ve also pasted a copy of the confirmation email from this course booking, in which I’ve highlighted the area where the start date and time is mentioned. Again, here we would like to see an end time shown as well.

    Many thanks

    Dorothy

Thanks for the additional info, we'll gather interest from other customers and keep you posted on interest / progress.

For info the new Workflow engine (replaces elements) we're just about to launch will support the inclusion of end date in emails.

Hi, I'd just like to say that our team is also very interested in this idea. Our clients tend to get confused when they don't see the end time and date on the first page of the shopping basket.
