Feedback - all information exported to PDF as summary and available in MyTeaching

Currently score and free text  feedback can be collected using element submissions and viewed on a candidate by candidate basis. However a summary report containing the score and free text cannot be exported.  A summary report containing the percentage and free text can be exported but this export does not contain the name of the course, teacher or date! Summary reports can also not be seen in My Teaching.  My product suggestion is to provide a way to export a summary report (PDF, Word, CSV etc)  including score or percenatge plus free text with the name of course, teacher and date.  This report to be available in the admin and my teaching view.

As a teacher, I need to run a report which shows feedback from each of my course dates. For each course/date, I need a grid showing all the respondents' numerical scores separately (not interested in averages, i want to know about outliers), then for each free-text question a collection of all text responses. Non-administrator teachers should probably only see their own feedback.

    Seems pretty useful to me!

Further to my comments above we have  now reached the end of our first term of  course delivery  using AP and have now feedback from teachers about the evaluation tool.  The main feedback is that they are uncomforable with feedback that can be directly linked by name to the course participant and require an annoymised single report with all feedback about the course that they can access in their teaching area..  We are currently unable to provide this to them..

In addittion we have had feedback about the actual evaluation tool shows completed evaluations.

When viewing the completed evaluations, it does not say what the rating scale was, and one has to just ‘remember’ the format of the question. If the response is ‘excellent’, it does say “Excellent 5”, but not so for other points on the rating scale. Another example: I know there is one question with options ‘Too easy’/’Too difficult’, but I can’t identify from the responses which question that is… was it ‘Notes’, or was it ‘Exercises’? Basically when a teacher is viewing the completed feedback, one needs to see the original question and all its options; otherwise it’s rather meaningless.

Please can you advise on your thoughts about this.  We are under pressure to provide collated evaluations but are struggling to do this and we need to think about possible options going forward.

    Hi Kathryn,

We are looking to overhaul the survey tool this year. This is provisionally down as a mid term development which would typically mean development is approx 3-6 months away. The feedback we've had makes sense and we'll look to include as much of it as possible however we've yet to define the scope of the work so i'm afraid we cant confirm whether your suggestions will form part of the development. As our plans become clearer we'll keep you updated.

    Many thanks,
